A 55 year old unemployed housewife injured her back when hit by a dump-truck in a rear-end collision. After back surgery, nine months later, she died post-op from a blood clot. The defense claimed the surgery was a result of long-standing degenerative disc disease and was not caused by the wreck.

Settlement for a client who was on the job driving a pick-up truck that was sideswiped, causing a roll over crushing the roof. the workers’ compensation lien of $95,000.00 was waved.

This week we finished up a case for the nicest client you could ever meet. He was 84 years old working at sears when he was backed into by a customer leaving the parking lot of the store.
