Casey Marshall is a personal injury lawyer at Lewis & Keller, specializing in litigation.
Her path to becoming an attorney started at a young age. She attended high school in upstate New York before moving to Ohio to attend the University of Mount Union. There, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law. During college, she received several awards and was the president of the Pre-Law Society. After graduating from college in 2012, she attended Wake Forest University School of Law. During her time in law school, she interned under a practice certification with the Surry County District Attorney’s Office. She also spent time as a volunteer, tutoring youth in the city of Winston-Salem. She obtained her J.D. in 2015 and became licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina the same year.
After law school, she opened her own law firm in Surry County and gained invaluable experience. She then practiced as an Assistant District Attorney in the Cabarrus County District Attorney’s Office for several years before starting with Lewis & Keller. Casey has always believed in fighting for justice and for victims. Working for Lewis & Keller has provided her an opportunity to do just that. She believes in fighting the good fight for her clients and relishes the opportunity to stand up for them in any setting—but especially in the courtroom.
In her personal life, Casey enjoys spending time with her husband, her stepdaughter, and their three dogs. In her spare time (when she has any!), she enjoys reading, cooking, binge-watching anything on Food Network, hiking, and traveling.
