As a premier personal injury law firm in North Carolina, Lewis & Keller is proud to serve as a champion for every client. The needs of our clients have always come first and will continue to come first, no matter what obstacle we may face.
As the COVID-19 public health emergency continues to spread and impact our neighbors and fellow North Carolinians, we recognize that you could be presented with unique challenges that may incite a feeling of uncertainty when it comes to the future of your legal options. However, we want to assure you that we remain dedicated to providing you with the same level of expert legal services that we have been providing since our firm opened its doors many years ago.
Being a champion for our clients doesn’t just mean that we’ll fight our hardest for the compensation you deserve; it means that we also care deeply for your health, wellness, and safety. While we remain open and our team is diligently working, we are insisting that much of our staff work remotely and are down to essential personnel in our office. Those of us who are here are vigilantly maintaining both surface and personal hygiene to the best of our ability. Luckily, much of what we do can be handled electronically and as such, the process of handling claims has been nearly unfazed by this adjustment. There have been some limitations in place as a result of decisions made by federal, state, or local agencies, but we are doing our best to minimize the impact on our clients.
We are making every effort to handle client matters by email and telephone in order to reduce any unnecessary exposure to our clients and our staff. We even have the technology to handle many signature matters electronically. We are not currently accepting walk-in appointments, but we are scheduling appointments as necessary. We are asking that if you have a scheduled appointment but are sick or may have been exposed to someone who is sick, that you reschedule your appointment. We are committed to adhering to the recommendations of local and federal government offices to make sure we are protecting the well-being of our clients, our team, and our neighbors while continuing to serve our community with the same dedicated and passionate service we are known for.
Our team remains hard at work, focused not only on existing cases, but also on any future cases for the people of North Carolina who may need help during and after this pandemic. Even in light of this pandemic and the social distancing required to slow the spread, we are able to help you with your legal needs. If you have questions, would like to discuss your case, or would like to speak with a member of our personal injury law firm in North Carolina for a free case evaluation, please contact us via phone or through our online form.
From your team at Lewis & Keller, we wish you and your loved ones wellness and safety during this time.
